The agreement term will held on the same date the Client enrolled for our Services and will complete when terminated by either party in accordance with the Terms and SLA. IIAE has the authority to use its identifying mark that might come in the form of Logo, Design, URL or any types of brand identity to all websites created from here and it will available into force without any consent of its customers or clients.

We can change our website anytime. We will not liable to any third party. We will make every effort to make the website design robust and outstanding. IIAE will not be liable for any copyright infringements that are caused due to materials submitted by the client. We will not liable for loss of earnings, compensation or costs incurred because of the unavailability of the website, servers, software or other material provided by its agents.

Claim of refund would be entertained if made by way of a proper application before beginning of the classes. If a student applies for refund of Tution fees before beginning of the classes, the entire Tution fees, including security deposit, but excluding admission fees would be refunded with in 6 months from the date of acceptance of the cause of withdrawal by the institute. It is hereby clarified that admission fees is non-refundable.

If a student withdraws after expiry of the above cause, his claim for refund will not be entertained and no refund will be allowed.
